here with another ab workout! Ft Saskia the little rascal 🤣😸 - Perform each exercise for 30 seconds then switch to the next one! Complete the circuit 5 times! - 1️⃣ Leg drops - pull your belly button in as far as you can and don’t let your lower back raise up. 2️⃣ One sides bicycle crunch - one side at a time so 30 seconds one side then 30 seconds the other side. 3️⃣ plank elbows to hands - for this one try keep your hips as still as possible. 4️⃣ toe touches - make sure you are properly contracting - don’t rush this one do it one side at a time nice and slow. - Hope you enjoy! here’s the video I never posted 2 weeks ago cause my skin looked so bad in the last clip 😭 but I’m over it now and it’s a good workout so here ya go 🙌🏼 Haven’t posted an upper body in a while! This one is a cheat and triceps workout and all you need is some dumbbells! If you don’t have dumbbells you can just use bottles of water or tins? Whatever you like that resembles a dumbbell! ✌🏼 - 1️⃣ push ups - 4x12 reps. If you want to make these harder you can add a pause in at the bottom! Or if they are too advanced for you try doing them on your knees or against a wall. 2️⃣ chest press - 4x15 reps. Keep your arms at a 90 degree angle at all times and really squeeze at the top. 3️⃣ chest flys - 3x12 reps. This one can feel slightly awkward if you have never done it before but your really feel it! It targets your brain fat area’ of your chest. (Although remember it won’t get rid of it you should just feel it in that area lol) 4️⃣ close grip cheat press - 4x15 reps. This will target your chest and also your triceps! Keep your elbows close in at all times and done flare them out. 5️⃣ triceps dips - 4x12 then do a 5th set until failure - so that means just go until you literally can’t do anymore. - I’m wearing the seamless @womensbest outfit here I’m so in love with it 😭💗 #chestandtriceps
